What is living on the bedside table? ~ March Edition
Here's what is living on my bedside table this month!
* LIVING JUICY ~ Daily Morsels for your creative soul* By Sark (Celestial Arts)
I first found Sark probably about 25 years ago, when I was just out of University, living in New York. This book has been with me through all my travels since.
Today's page: March 15th, Listening to your self. There is a small sure voice inside of you. It knows what to do...listening to your self is truly Loving.
*SPARE* ~ Prince Harry (Random House)
i loved Spare. There really is something about perspective. I find it a story about grief and the journey to finding self-love and the abundance that can come from that.
*We're Going on a Bear Hunt* ~ Michael Rosen & Helen Oxenbury (Little Simon)
My friend Jennie gave Isabel this book for Christmas when she was 2 years old, it still lives on my bedside table and will always be one of my favorites to read out loud.
*RELISH my life in the kitchen* ~ Lucy Knisley ( :1 First Second NY)
Lily, my sister gave me this. I don't usually gravitate toward graphic novels, but thoroughly enjoying this one, and of course it is about food! :)
*ALEX KATZ Gathering* ~ Guggenheim Edited by Katherine Brinson
I love Alex Katz! A friend’s uncle in New York was a personal friend of his, I remember standing in front of a piece in the living room, admiring the color and subtle expression. I would have loved to have seen the show at the Guggenheim, but I bought the book for my birthday instead.
